Refund policy

Unopened kits and parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Open the return from your Whop receipt or the contact page.

A part that arrives dead on arrival is replaced. Do not install a part you believe is DOA; take photos of the packaging and contact us first.

Shipping on returned items is the buyer's unless we sent the wrong item or a DOA replacement.
